{"id":412,"date":"2022-12-07T08:48:24","date_gmt":"2022-12-07T07:48:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.safranvoyageur.fr\/?p=412"},"modified":"2024-09-03T10:37:49","modified_gmt":"2024-09-03T08:37:49","slug":"panna-cotta-safranee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.safranvoyageur.fr\/index.php\/2022\/12\/07\/panna-cotta-safranee\/","title":{"rendered":"Panna Cotta Safran\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">J&rsquo;ai exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 la Panna Cotta au Safran&#8230; gourmette, gourmande, facile : je partage !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><em style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/em> <strong><em>pour 8 personnes <\/em><\/strong>\n50g de sucre en poudre (blanc ou complet selon vos go\u00fbts) \n1 sachet d'Agar-Agar \n1 dose\/portion ou pinc\u00e9e de safran\n1L de cr\u00e8me liquide (de 15% \u00e0 enti\u00e8re selon vos go\u00fbts\u2026 moins c'est all\u00e9g\u00e9, plus c'est cr\u00e9meux !)  \n\n\n<strong><em>Pr\u00e9paration (10 minutes) <\/em><\/strong>\n1) 1 \u00e0 2 heures avant la pr\u00e9paration, diluer une pinc\u00e9e de safran dans une coupelle, avec quelques cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d'eau, et couvrir. \n\n2) Lors de la pr\u00e9paration, mettre la cr\u00e8me, le sucre, l'Agar-Agar et le safran dilu\u00e9 dans une casserole \u00e0 feu doux.  M\u00e9langer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 l'aide d'un fouet, jusqu'\u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis retirer du feu. \n\n3) Verser dans des verrines* et laisser refroidir avant de les placer 2,3 heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur (j'aime laisser les pistils mais vous pouvez filtrer si vous souhaitez*).\n\nCette panna cotta peut \u00eatre d\u00e9gust\u00e9e nature pour appr\u00e9cier le cr\u00e9meux safran\u00e9, ou accompagn\u00e9e d'un coulis si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez.
